Ingredients:
- ½ liter milk
- 2 eggs
- 50g granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 6 slices of sandwich bread or stale bread
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- Whisk the eggs with the milk and vanilla sugar.
- Dip the bread slices into the mixture, allowing them to soak briefly.
- Drain slightly and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
- Remove, drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with sugar before serving.
