ENMER Through the Years
For over 95 years, Enmer has been the national brand known for its wide range of products, including sugar loaves, ingots, cubes, and granulated sugar. Its reputation is largely built on the famous sugar loaf, which has been produced at the COSUMAR refinery in Casablanca since 1929.

In 1929, with a production of 100 tons of sugar loaves per day, the sugar refinery was established in Casablanca.

The sugar loaf was packaged in the famous 64kg burlap sacks.

It was sold individually in the weekly souks.

Over the years, new forms have emerged to meet the needs of Moroccans.
Cubes of sugar: designed for coffee and other hot beverages.

Granulated sugar: the perfect choice for domestic use.

Ingot sugar: a format designed for the quick preparation of Moroccan tea.

Today, sugar remains one of the symbols of Moroccan tradition.

It is always present at our wedding celebrations and in our homecoming ceremonies for Hajj pilgrims.

In all our desserts and sweet recipes.

And is an integral part of the Moroccan tea preparation ritual.

Sources of shared emotion.
And the beautiful story continues…
