Moroccan-Style French Toast

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ liter milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 6 slices of sandwich bread or stale bread
  • Oil for frying

Preparation:

  1. Whisk the eggs with the milk and vanilla sugar.
  2. Dip the bread slices into the mixture, allowing them to soak briefly.
  3. Drain slightly and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
  4. Remove, drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with sugar before serving.
