Orange Blossom Lemonade

 

Ingredients:

  • 5 yellow lemons
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 50g orange blossom water
  • 1.5L water
  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Peel the lemons, removing all the white pith. Remove the seeds and cut the pulp into small pieces.
  2. Place the lemon pieces in a blender, add the sugar, orange blossom water, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine sieve into a large pitcher.
  4. Add ice cubes and serve well chilled.
