Ingredients:
- 5 yellow lemons
- 50g granulated sugar
- 50g orange blossom water
- 1.5L water
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Peel the lemons, removing all the white pith. Remove the seeds and cut the pulp into small pieces.
- Place the lemon pieces in a blender, add the sugar, orange blossom water, and water.
- Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine sieve into a large pitcher.
- Add ice cubes and serve well chilled.
