Ingredients:
- 250g chopped almonds
- 250g granulated sugar
- 2 egg whites
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (Th.6).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped almonds and granulated sugar.
- Mix well, then add the egg whites and knead the mixture thoroughly.
- Take a small amount of the dough (about the size of a walnut), roll it into a ball, and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Once all the macarons are placed on the tray, cut a candied cherry in half and place one piece on top of each macaron.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
