Ingredients:
- 6 egg whites
- 300g granulated sugar
- 2 pinches of salt
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 100°C (Th.3). In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, adding the salt gradually. Use an electric mixer or a hand whisk. Slowly add the sugar while continuing to whisk. The gradual addition of sugar is crucial for perfect meringues.
- Once the egg white-sugar mixture is smooth, transfer it to a piping bag and pipe small mounds onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 2 hours. Once fully baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature.
