Chocolate Cookies (4 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 180g flour
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • 60g butter
  • ½ packet of baking powder
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (Th.6).
  2. Melt the butter and mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Shape small cookie rounds.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Let them rest after baking. The cookies will harden as they cool.
