ENMER Through the Years

For over 95 years, Enmer has been the national brand known for its wide range of products, including sugar loaves, ingots, cubes, and granulated sugar. Its reputation is largely built on the famous sugar loaf, which has been produced at the COSUMAR refinery in Casablanca since 1929.

Sugar is much more than just an ingredient—it is an invisible bond that brings people together around the table. Every grain of sugar we create embodies the spirit of sharing, whether it’s sweetening a tea during a gathering with friends, enhancing a dessert for family celebrations, or simply adding a touch of sweetness to an everyday moment. For us, sharing is a fundamental value, and our sugar serves as the catalyst for these moments of togetherness and connection, turning every meal into a shared experience rich in tradition and emotion.
